- Formed the DMIC Project Implementation Trust Fund, chaired by the Secretary, Department of Economic Affairs, Ministry of Finance.
- Restructured DMICDC and executed the Shareholder Agreement among DIPP, JBIC, HUDCO, IIFCL and LIC.
- Secured site clearance and in-principle approval for two greenfield international airport projects from the Ministry of Civil Aviation.
- Structured the 6MW solar power project in Neemrana, Rajasthan with NEDO Japan and Hitachi.
- Led Smart City ICT planning, the implementation model for greenfield Smart Cities, affordable housing for workers and the skill development initiative.
- Introduced Integrated Water Resource Management at city-wide level and Programme Managers for DMIC Cities.
- Lead Mentor for the University of Chicago International Innovation Corps fellowship programme.
